TASTING NOTES

Very faint yellow color, with a touch of forest green. Continuous and thin bubble with lovely upper crown formation. The aroma of ripe apple with apricot nuances. Persistent aroma. In the mouth, it is soft, subtle, and with a surprising integration of carbon dioxide.
